I had the same problem but on the 160 m band on which I  reached only 90 W. 
As a non-programming ham, I had to find an other way to fix the problem.  I 
choose in Setup / Audio " unsupported soundcard" on the field of soundcard 
selection. By doing so the default "output voltage" of the soundcard is 
displayed and becomes a parameter you can change. For my MP3+ soundcard the 
displayed default value is 0.98 and by changing this value to 0.93 it is 
possible now to raise the output to 100 W.
You may wish to wait for Flex Radio´s endorsement to use such practices.
