Has any Flexer used a pair of the Shure e3c earphones (in-the-ear-canal
style), or other similar models from Shure with the SDR-1000?

I'm thinking of buying this model primarily for use with the SDR, for the
isolation and clarity they are supposed to offer. A secondary use would be
for music listening. Reviews I've seen have raved about the mid-range
clarity, which makes me believe they would do very well for the voice
frequencies on DX signals as well as local quality stations.

I'm a big fan of the SDR's receive audio quality, and currently use
Sennheiser HD-525 headphones for most of my listening, and occasionally a
set of Avcomm aviation style headphones. My long-term favorite is the
Sennheiser, though, especially for listening to weak voice signals near the
noise floor. (I'm primarily a foreign medium wave and tropical bands DXer.)

Any comments on the Shure models, and the e3c in particular are appreciated.
