Neal,

It's ok to jump back and forth.  The catch is that you'll have to update
firmware to the right version before PowerSDR will be happy if you do.  SVNs
past 1598 will use firmware v0.1.1.x.  PowerSDR release v1.10.2 (and SVN
revs 1598 and before) use firmware v0.1.0.2.

As Tim said, PowerSDR will help you out.  If it is looking for one version
and you have another installed, it will let you know.
