Hmm.. PowerSDR is pretty tightly tied to the Flex architecture.  It 
supports other software radios in the sense that one could say that 
Windows supports all kinds of software defined radio products.. all 
you have to do is write the device specific code.

The current PowerSDR architecture is, in fact, not particularly well 
suited as a generic software radio platform. But then, it doesn't 
need to be. All it needs to do is control a SDR1K or a F5K, and it 
does that just fine.
