You mean you didn't get the secret password and hidden instructions for case removal? Must have been an oversight.
Use your finger nail to pry off the sides ( look for the cutouts). Remove the 4 torque screws on each side. Two on the top and two on the bottom. Pry off the top and bottom covers-gently by pulling the sides of the covers outward. You will need a T-20 torque bit. Good luck. John P.
