I can think of only a couple of reasons that some customers may not have
received responses to emails sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  I understand
that Yahoo mail filters our email server IP address as spam.  The may have
been the problem for some.  It is possible that there was a period where the
support address did not get transferred properly but that is just
speculation.

Let me say categorically, if someone does not get a response to an email
sent to us, the issue is due to technical difficulties.  We do NOT ignore
emails or phone calls, period.  You can always call if you cannot get
through by email.
