Hi Bill, Funny you mention it - it just happened to me for the first time ever this week. In fact on 2 occasions. I too use a foot pedal. I also noticed that concurrently the power switch will not switch the rig off anymore and had to resort to powering down the rig via the power supply.
I'm starting to wonder if it is related to the latest version of the firmware (v 0.1.1.2) as that is about all I have changed. I have not tried to revert back to v 0.1.1.1.
