This is a trial and error process.  The most probable culprits are NIC drivers 
and video cards.

You can try disabling mobo hardware and bus connected devices until you find 
the one that is causing the problems.

sure wish we had a module to sniff the offending driver that creates DPC's.

Anybody know of such an animal.

So far, I can't detect what causes the once in a while miscreant DPC.
