Is there ALC on the SDR-5000. If I put the radio in SSB mode and select VOX, the first spike when the radio switches to xmit severely overdrives my Alpha 87A amp, causing it to fault and switch to standby. This happens even if I set drive at one watt. I have filed a bug report, but perhaps I am overlooking something in the settings? Anyone have any info or experience with this problem?
