Gerald: When using Office (and I have used it since it's inception), change your default file locations of the .ost and .pst files into your My Documents folder. That way, if you do a fast a dirty backup (like I do every weekend) of your My Docs folder, you at least have a full backup of your .ost and .pst files. These files contain all those important Outlook information. Harry
