Bill, Thanks for the response. O/J is powered and lights are lit. Only lights are power lights. I assume the USB is 2 as the computer is only 1.5 years old, also tried on a 2 month old computer and same non result. Also tried a second Ozy board with same non results. Looking in the device manager, I don't see anything as the driver has not been installed. The method of installation is to connect the device and let the wizard install the driver. Thanks, Phil K3TUF
