Wolfgang,
There are a number of "Screen Readers" available, just google "screen
reader for blind" to find them. PowerSDR has a programable keyboard
functions for just about everything you need. I saw one "tool box" when I
googled the subject that also allowed speech input to effect computer
control. To find something specific for PowerSDR and the Flex-5000 might be
difficult, but in my experience as a Rehab Engineer, al lot of times,
appropriate use of available off the shelf applications can be a lot less
expensive to acquire.
