Hello group, I own a Flex 5000A. After 2 weeks working with it very happy, one day it appeared a very high and variable SWR and no power output.
I have made tests with different dummy loads, antennas and cables and now I cannot transmit. Reception is perfect. The built in ATU does not work. (or at least, the relaises don't make the typical matching sound) My system is: PC Intel Core 2 quad CPU 2,4 Ghz 3 Gb RAM Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 Firmware: 0.1.1.13 PowerSDR: 1.10.4 VAC: Working Virtual COMS: Working I have made new database for PowerSDR (as seen in the manual), but the problem continues. I am a Mac user and I bought this computer just for the Flex. :-( Is my FlexRadio broken ?
