All,

Code has been added to the current PowerSDR console to permit offsetting the
VFO frequencies sent by CAT to remote programs. This allows you to
accurately send and receive frequencies to the various DX Cluster spots used
by many third-party logging and digital programs.

The code can currently be checked out from TortoiseSVN at:

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/k5kdn/rtty_off
set/bin/Release

You can elect to send offsets from either or both PowerSDR VFO's and set the
offset to any frequency between -3 kHz and +3 kHz. The default frequencies
are +2.125 kHz. The offsets, when enabled, are only applied in the DIGL and
DIGU modes. The new controls are on the CAT tab of the Setup form.

We will merge this with the code in the Test branch after a few more days of
testing. As always, your inputs are welcome.

73,

Bob, K5KDN
