I've attached an html file and a text file that keeps the formatting tabs.

Pete,
I've copied my brief 'how-to' get HRD and DM780 working with PowerSDR and
the Flex5000a. I haven't been able to have PowerSDR change modes from DM780 so
I do this manually. Also, the 'tune' function in HRD doesn't work. I've made
RTTY, MFSK, Olivia and CW contacts with the present setup.
I hope this will help.

Subject: [Flexradio] Ham Radio Deluxe on 5000A

I have set up SDR using MixW with no trouble. I like HRD, but I am having
troubles setting it up. It works well on recieve, using either the PSK31
within HRD or the DM870 module, but does not connect on transmit. I suspect it
is a problem in setting up the proper COM Ports in VCOM. Exactly what settings
should i use. (I am using 6-16 in MixW,

Incidentally, I have this problem when I use the SDR1000 or the Kenwood TS2000
emulations in HDR. I am using the new Build1832 HRD.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pete (K2HGO)
