If you kick off svn via Windows Explorer by right-clicking on a folder 
maintained by svn and requesting update, you should see a window open that 
will list all the files that svn considers are newer that the ones you 
already have; depending on the folder you selected you'll likely see a 
variety of file types scroll by that may or may not include PowerSDR.exe, 
associate dlls, etc.  It should be pretty obvious from the list what, if 
anything, was updated.
