I am in a dither. My 5000 was working fine and then it lost the driver. I tried reinstalling the driver and it will not install. Worse yet, when i look in windows system 32 files, tehre are no drivers there. I have made numerous attempts to make sure everything is uninstalled on the computer and tried reinstalling drivers, but with no success.
