Bob, I do not know how to keep the same value from one band to the next, but I do know how to keep a set value for each Transmit Profile.
Select the transmit profile that you want on the front console, make your adjustments to the Mic and any other settings you wish, then click on setup, select the Transmit tab, and click on the save button right below the Profiles name display. This should save all settings for that particular Transmit Profile.
