Gang,

Once you have opened the new FireWire driver 3.2.0.1556 you will notice
a much different menu window, but one feature is really handy, even
before you bring up PowerSDR for the first time.. If you notice on the
right side there are three tabs, the last one being the "DPC" tab .
This driver has the little utility built in to check your DPCs (Delayed
Process Calls) on your PC even before PSDR comes up the first time..
If you select "Enable DPC Latency Checker" it will look for the DPC and
make recommendations as to which Operational Mode you should be good to
run in..

Just a handy tool to help take some of the audio drop outs and
intermittent stops that some have experienced.. Something else, this
driver is more efficient and may run better in Safe Mode 1 rather
running in Normal mode..

Hope this helps some..
