On May 16 2008 at the ARRL National Convention and the Dayton Hamvention we
will have a software defined radio forum aimed at amateur radio operators.

Richard Garriott, an amateur radio operator, computer game author, son of
astronaut Owen Garriott and recent returnee from the space station where he
was a space tourist will be the banquet speaker at the TAPR and AMSAT
dinner! TAPR and AMSAT officially sponsor HPSDR.
