I have PSDR (1.16.2) talking to DXLab Commander and Winwarbler. WW receives just fine.
However I am unable to vary the RF level. If I set the drive in PSDR to 100 watts and drop the TX gain to -40 the FWD PWR meter go to about 190 watts out. And if I set the drive to 35 watts and have the TX gain at -40 it still reads 190 watts or so. I was using http://kc.flex-radio.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50363.aspx?Keywords=psk as my guide but still must be missing something. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
