Probably not. It will depend on when you get your FLEX-3000 and if there has been a firmware change between the time the radio ships and you receive it. All radios ship with the latest firmware already installed. FYI, all firmware that is released is placed in the Downloads folder. This allows people to go back to a previous release if they need to.
