Ed,
If you are wanting to play back a file on the air, you must press
either the MOX button on the console first or your PTT, then the Play
button. Otherwise it is offset by 9 khz.. If you just want to hear
it locally, either reduce your power to "0" , and hit the PTT or play
back using MS Media Player..
