The SVN 2942 solved a bug in SDR-1000, not remembering AGC-T or Preamp
settings by band.
But the bug #2118 remains live and while the Preamp setting is writen in
the Database, it is not restored on power up.
It happens at least in SDR1000 both in the test brach SVN 2950 and in
the official version v1.18.
