OK. When you bring up PowerSDR, if the FLEX-3000 is not an option, then the software and the FLEX-3000 are not talking to one another. By default you only get a FLEX-5000 if it "sees" a FLEX-5000 or nothing. I don't have my 3000 yet so I do not know if there is a separate selection for the 3000 versus the 5000 (Tim?). If you do have the driver in as safe mode 1, try safe mode 2. Delete the powersdr.mdb file before you kick up powerSDR again, just to eliminate the database from the issue!
