The only way to change them, especially in laptops, is to go into the
Bios and look for an entry called "Runnning PnP OS". If this is yes
(or enabled) then the firmware  of the laptop does not  assign the
IRQs but leaves it up to Windows or Vista to do so. It can prodice
entirely different results. Unless the other devices are system
devices or graphic ports, you can try disabling them in the Device
Manager and see if it helps you.

The other thing to try is setting the processing priority to above
averate (if you set it to real time yur system definitely will not
work well), which would give PowerSDR more CPU cycles than the rest!
