Hi Jim, use Google (or your favorite search engine) and look up the term "Cognitive Computing". Frank AB2KT has written papers about Cognitive Computing and how it might be used in Ham Radio to automatically classify signals. I believe he presented a paper about that topic at the Dayton 2008 Flex meeting. You can probably find it in the Flex KB.
