You can use the PC loudspeakers by activating the VAC and use the Audio
repeater utility to run the VAC audio to the windows mixer , no extra
cables, easy ... .

when I need everyone to hear something I use the speakers in the 42"
flat-panel TV I have for doing computer demos but quickly discovered that
it was radiating a huge amount of RF hash and making the F3K useless.
Just for grins I tried connecting a high-sensitivity loudspeaker to the
"powered speaker" jack on the back. I didn't really expect it to work
and, well, it didn't. I then tried with the headphone jack which worked
superbly with both radios although I did need to add an output coupling
cap (a 1000uF electrolytic) when connecting the speaker to the headphone
jack of the Flex 50000. Apparently the headphone amplifier has sufficient
power to provide excellent output with high- sensitivity loudspeakers.
So, if you are in a bind and need to drive ordinary speakers, try the
headphone output. You may find that it works fine for your application.
