I don't use Vista but have followed some Flex threads about snipping
services that aren't need, in order to lighten the prrocess(or) load.
Today's "Windows Secrets" newsletter mentioned this freeware program
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/vsoptimizer.html and it might be useful(?).
