The Format was indeed Cable Format, I changed to Cable Range, restarted
the driver and still get the same error.
Is there another something I should change?

Did you start PowerSDR and enable VAC before staring CWskimmer?

error "invalid device"
Using 5000 and 1.19 of PowerSDR
Any thoughts?
