I just discovered that there is not possible to transmit out of the IARU bands any more. I tried to edit the BANDTEXT database and set TX to be TRUE, but PowerSDR tells me this is not allowed by IARU. I did this with now problems in the old days. (Earlier versions of PowerSDR.) I tried with 1.14.0 but no luck. Could be nice to have the possibility for measuring purpose, antenna testing etc. I also want to open it up on 60m. Anyone knows how to do this?
