Definitely not. In the example below, a -58 dB spur (like
you measured) from my -32 dBm TX signal would be -90 dBm...which
would be competing with very strong EU signals like DF2PY...37 dB
ABOVE the noise floor.

OM0WR -95dBm
DF2PY -88dBm

W4ZV -32dBm
