I understand the effort to prevent OOB transmit.If I understand correctly this 
is a permanent feature of PSDR 2.0 ?

You have done nothing.  This feature was designed to prevent OOB transmit.

A new and improved algorithm for determining OOB transmit near the band edge is 
in the latest development version of PowerSDR and will be a feature in PowerSDR 
2.0 (next release).

5K will not transmit within 3 khz of upper band edge, ie: 14347, 3997, etc. All 
is well at 14346.5 etc.
What have I done ?
