Subject: RE: [Flexradio] 5K transmit band edge

Art,

Sorry it took so long to reply, but I was gone all day to Indianapolis for
doctor's appointment for wife followed by Hoosier DX & Contest Club meeting
there in the evening.  Just got home.

I took your database & used it with my FLEX-3000.  (No, I do NOT recommend
this technique for the average user!)  No problem.  It works as intended,
You obviously had the radio on 14.347 when you exported the file.  I made no
changes; just simply pushed PTT.  The radio went into transmit mode okay.

I am confused when you say it will TX on AM, but not on USB.  Logically, it
should be the same for both modes if the TX filter is the same.  Did you do
a reset of the database?

Again, when it fails to transmit, please describe exactly what the program
does.  DO you get any kind of error message?  If so, what does it say?

p.s. -- I will be home tomorrow (Thursday) but will be leaving for the Fort
Wayne Hamfest Friday before noon, & will not be back home until late Sunday
evening.
