The number one reason I got my Flex-3000 is the reflector. I lurked on the reflector for quite a while with a Flex-1500 pre-ordered. I changed my mind and went with the Flex-3000 based on the reflector. There usually is a very low signal to noise ratio here. The Flex community is great and Flex Radio Systems is a great company. I am happy with my American made radio. I am still am excited by it as when I opened the box and got it running a week ago.
I am accustomed to tuning my Amplifier with my TS-2000 by going into the FSK mode and tuning from there by keying with the foot switch. There is no such mode on PowerSDR. What mode do I use? I have to be able to key it with my foot switch. The Amp is away from the keyboard and mouse. The Knowledge base didn't return any advice with my poor searching abilities. Advice would be greatly appreciated. The day I can run PowerSDR or its successor on my Linux machines will be a great day if they day ever comes. 99.9% of my computing is done under Linux.
