I was resigned to the fact that MMSSTV would not work with VAC.
Testing shows it is working perfectly now!

MMSSTV, option, setup MMSSTV, MISC setup tab, set the "clock" rate too
12000.00 Hz it will save you a bunch of time trying to get it right.
