Tim, I would guess that it would be the same as the RJ-45 to 8-pin Foster adapter offered for the FLEX-3000. The rice box manufacturers may switch mic pin-out from model-to-model, but I bet Flex won't. Gerald & crew do too many things right in the design area to miss that one!
