This may be a dumb question, But is there a way to link 2 flex3000's together so powersdr will recognise both radios in the one session? Via flexwire or something perhaps - That would allow the diversity and dual receive on the 3k..

Hello Tim, Does this mean that an optimum setup on one band will not work (optimally) on another band? There are some strict requirements regarding phase and gain coherency between the two physical receivers in order to accomplish synchronous diversity. Also you will need an antenna configuration that will compliment diversity reception, such as two antennas that are different in polarization and/or physically separated by at least 1/2 wavelength of the frequency you are receiving. > > There are some examples of it working on Lee's blog. > http://w9oy-sdr.blogspot.com/ > > > -Tim > > -----Original Message----- > From: flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz [mailto:flexradio-boun...@flex-radio.biz] On Behalf Of Edwin Marzan > Sent: Friday, February 26, 2010 9:34 AM > To: pmull...@adam.com.au; flexradio@flex-radio.biz > Subject: Re: [Flexradio] reception idea? > > > The folks are currently working on that.
