All you have to do is create a virtual comport pair using VSPManager, N8VB,
or COM0COM.  Then you set one of the comport pairs in the powerSDR CAT
window and the other one in the S meter program.

They currently didn't have any manual on it for PowerSDR on their site.
I would love to use it.
