Mack,
you can simple add a touchscreen to PC dedicated to your Flex.
There are many monitors available on market today, take a looks to
ACER and SAMSUMG last models.
I'm playing now with a SAMSUNG LD220G HD, on a two years old PC ACER
Intel QuadCore Q6600 and W7 32Bit.
It works perfect, and with no apparent CPU increasing.
I find very interesting the 3D desktop as CubeDesktop, you can place
many application on the sides of the cube,
making a useful working area for PowerSDR/LOG/Internet/ecc ecc
