As you know, it loads too here from it's own driver store, BUT when I
use this driver, I get BSOD.
With the Legacy driver it runs ok and I have no BSOD's at all.

I have been testing firewire cards to replace my old standby from Startech
and I haven't found one yet that Win7 didn't load from its own driver store.

I was given several recommendations, but none of the cards was avail for
purchase (no longer manuf).
I ordered and received a Dynex firewire card, but the thing arrived in the
mail and it said it works with XP. Did not even mention Vista! And I am
running Win7.
So, again looking stoopid, could someone explicitly point me to a link
where I can order a *specific* firewire card from a manuf that works and is
a model within the past year?
