QST to Reflector members,
The information for the FlexRadio Systems Dinner and Forums is now
available on the web site. This years event will *not* be held at the
University of Dayton as it has in previous years due to a scheduling
conflict.
This event, as always, is open to the public. Attending the dinner is
not mandatory. You can come just for the social hour, forums and
presentations if you like.
This years extravaganza is being held at the Holiday Inn - Dayton
Airport NW in their Ballroom on Saturday May 15th, 2010.

Event Schedule
5:30 - Cash Bar Opens
6:30 - Dinner Begins
7:30 - Cash Bar Closes
7:45 - Welcome and Awards
8:00 - Breakout for Forums
9:30 - Closing
The festivities will start with a "Social Hour" from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
where you can mingle and talk to fellow Flexers. There will be a full
service cash bar serving adult and soft beverages for a nominal price.
The bar will close at 7:30 PM.
The three course dinner will starts promptly at 6:30 and ends around
7:30 PM At 7:45 PM there will be a short Welcome to FlexRadio Banquet
salutation along with the Flexi Awards presentation during the dessert
course.
Starting promptly at 8:00 PM will be the forums. The number of forums,
speakers and the discussion subjects are still being determined, so
please check the web site for more details.
If you would like to join us for dinner, you will need to fill out the
sign up sheet on the Hamvention Banquet Sign Up web page
(http://www.flex-radio.com/signup.aspx?topic=dayton10) indicating the
number of guest and your dinner preference. Please indicate your dinner
preference with a "1", "2" or "3" depending on which one you would like
to have served.
NOTE: We are having a small problem with the web-based Sign-Up form and
should have it operational shortly. In the mean time, you can proceed
to the next step an purchase your dinner(s) and then fill out the
sign-up form once it is working.
Once you have indicated the number of people that will be attending the
dinner and their entree choice, go to the FlexRadio Online Store web
page and select the Hamvention Dinner Reservations option to purchase
the dinners (http://www.flex-radio.com/OnlineOrdering.aspx?cid=13)
If you do not actually purchase your dinners through the Online Store,
you may not have a seat or your dinner preference available at the
banquet. Signing up below helps determine the number of reservations
available since they are limited to 100.
This is a great event in a nice relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle
and bustle of the show floor where you can mingle with FlexRadio Systems
folks and other Flexers without the noise and distractions. And the
food isn't bad either. Gerald always has exciting news about FlexRadio
and the forums are always entertaining and informative.
