Hi Tim
failed on Pretty Betty, so I downgraded the firmware (1.2.5.6) to one
that I can use with the stock PSDR and (1.18.5).
PSDR won't start up, so I can't do the database reset that way. I also
can't kill PSDR with the task manager.
Changes - I added a web cam and my Realflight Flight Sim G5 - neither of
which use firewire. I also checked the device manager, and there is
nothing out of place.
I also did a power cycle, reboot (a few times), but no joy.
AV is Microsoft Security Essentials. Other than a virus signature
update, no change there.

Great idea! So I run downstairs, set up three synchronized flashes to do all
the lighting fills.
PSDR won't start and hangs at "Initializing Port Audio".
