To sign up for the FlexEdge Reflector, use the FlexEdge Reflector User
Management web page

and go to the Subscribing to FlexEdge section.
The "skins" are copyrighted material of FlexRadio Systems and are bound
by a different license agreement than PowerSDR which is GPL v2. The
previous installers used for beta testing have been removed from the
public domain in preparation of the upcoming official public beta of
PowerSDR v2.0.0 which has the correct license agreements for both open
and closed source software in addition to all the skins.
Unfortunately you are in the limbo zone between alpha and beta software,
so you'll have to be patient for a few days until PowerSDR v2.0.0 Beta
is released.
