Well, if you send me a time and frequency I will try to be there. 40
meters is my favorite band. But I will warn you that I might not appear
since we are once again having the threat of thunderstorms. Last night we
had a particularly vicious one where the thunder did not "boom" but produced
a series of very loud crackling discharges with the light synchronized with
the sound so I don't think it was very far away. My fingers were crossed
when I fired up the radios this morning! Of course all antennas were
disconnected and I do have a main disconnect for power but you never know.
Old Mother Nature is a very tricky old girl.

There use to be a Flex radio next on 40 meters, in the evening, I think it
was on a Wed evening. Not sure what the freq was, but it was kind of
early in the evening, I think it was around 5:00pm in Arizona time, so the
propagation wasn't that great that early, in the evening in Arizona.

Is there another Flex Radio net other than he one that is on 14.329 MHZ ?
The band propagation for this band at times is unworkable for me.
