Make sure your AF pan controls are not set for the right channel.

You can also try doing a database reset and if that clears up the problems, 
then there was something in the previous database that was causing the problem.

I only have left channel audio output.  Same issue with both computer speakers 
or headphones.  If I turn on the second receiver, the right channel comes in.
What do I need to do to get both channels working (or combined) for the main 
receiver?  I must be missing something.
