I am having a problem with some posts on this list. Specifically,
it seems like somebody is changing
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="USF-8"
to
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"
Sadly, my MUA does not handle the lower case well, even tho the spec
for UTF-8 says both are OK.
Is there any hope of getting this changed?
