Simon,

We do testing using in-house systems that we load with Windows XP, Windows
Vista 32 and 64 and Windows7 32 and 64. We send each iteration release to
our closed beta team of over 30 testers, who have multiple FlexRadio models
and multiple PCs/operating systems. Our FlexRadio team members also install
and run it on our home systems as many of us were doing over the weekend and
last night before a release. We release to public beta only after if we
have no serious problems problems reported from our closed beta or in-house
team. Your issue did not show up until today on a specific system
configuration.

At the end of every single iteration, we do a post action review to document
what went well and what did not in the release. That goes into our internal
knowledge base to improve future iterations. Every iteration is planned and
tasked out in detail before the iteration. We have daily stand reviews
(called SCRUMs) where all of the engineers and product owners discuss work
in progress.

We aren't perfect but we are sure trying. Greg is planning to take time
away from his family to work with you from home tonight to help resolve your
issues. We spoke with our technical support people in the EU and US and
they have been able to resolve most installation issues over the phone so I
am sure we can get you going.

Sincerely,
Gerald
