Agreed on all points, Steve.

Everyone who is a customer (and potential customer) of FlexRadio is free to
criticize.  This is not the Soviet Union.  I'm kinda upset that someone was
"silenced" because of his/her objections in a review of the products.
That's extremely disturbing.

On a separate note...as a suggestion, criticism is best received when it is
actionable and can be used to improve performance.  This seems logical, but
we (me) forget this key fact when writing emails.  I often get wrapped up in
the heat-of-the-moment.

So...PLEASE anyone who is frustrated should NEVER feel silenced.  It would
be a sad result if Flex lost a customer (or many) because those customers
felt that their complaints and feedback were not being listened to.

Flex DOES listen.  And does respond.  The key here is customer expectations,
and Flex working hard to manage those expectations.
