For the record I've not yet added the v/u module which is exactly why I posed the question. Can I move my 847 to my summer cottage or should I not risk that and purchase a ts2000 while the prices are good. I suspect that it may be a while before the software developers will support flex radios. I hope I'm wrong. Maybe that will happen when the Mac os is developed for flex. Cheers Rick W2jaz
